@kauscooks: Spicy Lamb Dumplings Recipe 🥟 This dumplings recipe is somewhere between Nepalese Momo’s and Turkish Manti - authentic to neither cuisine but inspired by both. A beautiful combination!! For the filling: - 500g lean lamb mince - 4 spring onions, finely chopped - 30g coriander, finely chopped - 4 garlic cloves - 1 inch size ginger - 2 tbsp light soy sauce - 2 tbsp sesame oil - 1 tsp ground coriander - 1 tsp ground cumin - 1/2 or 1 tsp red chilli powder (depending on your spice tolerance level) - 1 tsp msg For the dough: - 250g all purpose flour (plain) - 150ml warm water - Pinch of salt This recipe makes approx 35-40 small dumplings, 25-30 bigger ones.
