the one I tried was really small and on the third night I woke up and couldn't find it anywhere. broke out in hives for 3 months, but it was probably stress😆

Is the sticky part similar to adhesive to bandaids or anything? I’ve been wanting to try but I am allergic to that type of adhesive and I really don’t want to burn my face.

I’m a nose breather. Heard mouth tape helps with grinding and and clenching. I can’t see how mouth taping helps with that. I can still clench with my mouth shut . Hoping you can clarify
