Like we all grew up & learned that forcing yourself to eat when you’re not hungry can cause eating d!sorders & trauma, let’s not force that on our kids! They’re kids, they’ll get hungry at some point! 🤣

My middle has to eat because he will starve himself (autism) but every thing else 100%! If they fight they know unless there is blood or bone I don’t really care a ton!
