@ourworldneedsfaith: there is such lack of fear in our generation. fear of God does not mean you are a coward or you “shake in your boots” because of God. kanye west even said “why should we fear God?” because he simply did not know or forgot that fear of God means respecting and obeying God. why would God want you to live in cowardly fear? no, God loves you, God doesnt want to scare you away. when you respect God, you shouldnt water down Jesus. theres so many excuses for sins now. people rather listen to podcasts instead reading their people. people rather focus on their desires rather than Gods. this is why so many people struggle with sin: nobody wants to do what the bible actually says. yes, enjoy your life. enjoy the food, your outdoors, your hobbies. but dont prioritize that over God. dont listen to worship music instead of reading your bible. dont vent to a friend if you havent even prayed to God. God is first. God should be the first person you thank when you wake up, God should be the first person you speak to, God is always first. if you actually want to live a worthy life, a life where you are constantly on fire for God, then stop making excuses. and whats the most used excuse: “our lives are different then the bible.” #jesus #god #Love
