I got those underwear after my hysterectomy and they were the most comfortable things EVER! I have spent my days since then searching for a commercially available pair in nicer fabrics.

I HATED. Those underwear, I felt like they didn’t hold the pads well. I ended up having my husband bring depends/diapers from home cause it was more comfortable

If you have sensitive skin, I do recommend your own hygiene products, as minimal as possible. But sometimes hospital products can be rough on the skin.
