Rent 1000% rent. A lot cheaper, not tied down, can move when ever you need, plus the saved money from not buying can be enjoyed biggest regret is buying my house.

A few tips! 1. Get in touch with a mortgage broker. Better to have a decision in principle first so you don’t fall in love with something outside of the price range.

If you can buy a house, buy it. Why pay someone else’s mortgage if you can get your own. I’ve been in rentals for 8 years and when you work out how much you’ve paid in that time it will shock you

I’d say buy if the payments monthly are less/equal to your rent payments, look at all houses even ones you don’t think you would like and you’ll be surprised. Area is also better than the house itself
