@tndtok: The second suspect in a Texas girl's murder was in court Tuesday. Johan Jose Rangel-Martinez who is facing a capital murder charge for the death of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray had his bail set. Rangel-Martinez appeared before Houston Judge Judge Josh Hill shackled wearing a jail jumpsuit. Hill set Rangel-Martinez's bond at $10 million. Tuesday's hearing comes after the other suspect in the case, Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, had his bond also set at $10 million the day before.
