Not to mention the battery replacement on EVs is very expensive. The older the EV the more likely you’ll have to replace that battery.

I bought a 2013 used leaf for $5000. Years later I was trying to sell for 4k, no one wanted it. Then Covid hit and everyone wanted it. I sold it for $10,000! This is after using it many years.

Tesla for the last 6 years. They last forever. Next to no maintenance. We have two. Can't stand Elon, but save so much driving them. We have solar, pay next to nothing for 'fuel.' Would never buy ICE.

There are Teslas that have gone 300k+ miles on a single battery with little degradation. Just something to note about “deterioration”

Maintenance $ on EVs is way lower especially compared to older ICE and EVs are much better experience; the range is non issue - charged daily at home

Just leased the new Tesla Model 3 Performance my first Ev. Absolutely love it and driving it more than my Macan GTS. I think the Tech Delta and Depreciation makes leasing a EV the best choice.
