I’ve been needing a procedure to see if I have endometriosis and insurance won’t cover it. They say it isn’t necessary but my cramps make it hard to breathe they’re so painful… I hate America. 🥲

As a medical biller, insurance companies drive me nuts! I have had to do MULTIPLE appeals for anesthesia for an appendectomy because they said it wasn't "medically necessary".

i once went to the ER from a car accident. WAITED for 4 hrs, the doctor examined me for not even 2 minutes and discharged me. $789. that was AFTER insurance coverage 😳
