i failed a class at uni, that class got me running behind and instead of finish my career in 5 years it'll be 6 and I feel like such a failure. my parents don't know and the guilt is eating me alive

I did fail, everyone is getting jobs having friends and having fun and finishing school and I couldn’t do any of it, my physical and mental health issues keep me from being able to get a job or at least a “normal job” and I couldn’t even graduate high school from more family issues, the one thing I thought I could at least accomplish and I couldn’t even do that.
