Agreed. As long as the approach is respectful, it should be a mutual conversation. Though, not all "conversations" are started this way. Coming off passive aggressive isn't the way to go.

It’s because our friend dynamic is “upset = argument” we never upset our friends unless we are trying to argue and it’s looked down on in the group as it ruins the good time. And friends = good time
