I agree though. Another tip is to know how much. You’re willing to pay out the door is prior to going into the dealer (if you haven’t already negotiated the price ) and be willing to walk. Circa 2016

My only complaint is with #1. You should do your homework and know what your monthly payment should roughly be via a calculator. Plenty of times customers come in and negotiate price and then then 1/2
