@enhancepickleball: Explanation Here ⬇️ When I got into pickleball, I don’t remember seeing any two handed backhands. I thought you had to use a one hander for the extra reach. I couldn’t have been more wrong. In 2022 it seemed like everyone suddenly switched to using 2 hands. I think once you figure out the spacing, this technique is just more reliable. The lack of reach actually forces you to get into a better position. Worst case you can let go to use one hand If you haven’t experimented with the two hander I highly advise trying it out! #pickleball

I just switch hands i can do it really hast and use both my hands equally so u never need to backhand
