@60minutes9: The United States Justice Department is moving to charge Boeing and is seeking a guilty plea from the plane manufacturer to criminal fraud over the two deadly 737-MAX crashes in 2018 and 2019. Boeing will have until the end of this week to plead guilty and avoid a trial. The proposed deal includes a fine similar to the $244 million settlement in 2021, a three-year probation and be subjected to a corporate monitor.
