did you always use a straw? I've seen you shouldn't but I know it 100% will help me get my water intake up ?

Thankyou for this video and the hope you’ve given me! I always say if I can have 1 minute where I have no limitation what would I consume and I always say I would chug some cold water over anything!

So worried about this , I fly to Goa India 🇮🇳 in December for 3 weeks, I have my sleeve operation a week on Thursday, the heat in India is hot 🥵 Will I be able to keep hydrated?? X
