@drhasmr: I MADE SOME CHEESE STICKS AND THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY UNREAL these were actually so tasty, so much better than store bought mozzarella sticks I tried using mozzarella cheese but there wasn’t any in stock so I had to use an alternative so it wasn’t as cheesy but they were actually unreal. They were so tasty i don’t know how to explain it to you guys. You need to make some, the crunch on them was next level. As you know I love a good cheese pull, this was not satisfactory in my opinion so I’m going to make these again with actual mozzarella.
