No You're wrong. In New York of course people talk with their hands. But if you move to the Midwest & talk with your hands the interviewer will end up watching your hands. They're not used to that

Yes I had an interview this morning and I talk with my hands and the woman was staring at my hands lol 😳 I’m Italian and Native American there’s no way I can’t talk with my hands lol 😂

I have always talked with my hands & now that I have a non verbal child who uses some sign language I now use those signs that I know and news ones because it helps me to learn them and the only thing that people have ever said to me other than talking with my hands is are you using sign language? The last two years yes I have been because I’ve always talked with my hands and now I’m trying to strengthen my sign language because my son is seven and he doesn’t talk at all, and I don’t know if he ever will so sign language may have to be our form of communication even though he can hearanyways I think that’s pretty cool but I’ve always talked with my hands ever since I was a teen teenager and I did have a teacher try to shame me for it, but it didn’t work
