My umbrella tree is leaning to the left so much it may tip over, I have it strung to a lamp to straighten it but is this a sighn of root rot? Or just need to be repotted?

look into PAR and do extra checks on your uv light specs to make sure. normal lights can grow plants, but if you're paying for a uv, make sure you're getting benefits
