I was told that a battery with a cell gone down is harder to jump than no battery as the starter and battery are pulling power?

If that will start a 3.0L diesel with a flat battery then I’d buy one but looking on the shop it says 1.5L diesel max

They are fabulous pieces of kit. For those running older cars keep one in the glove box. They usually charge phones and have a torch.. win win win 🥰

I've got one and I've had it in my tool box for a few weeks now and I've used it for charging my phone,Bluetooth speaker and used it for starting cars and genuinely it hasn't let me down .
