For next time, NEVER shave a dog (especially in the summer in heat). Their fur (matted or not) help them regulate their temperature. This dog will be lucky to make it thru the summer now.

Maybe a vet can actually do something free for once! Seems like they NEVER give a discount they all seem to way overcharge for everything anymore. They don’t care about animals only ur credit card
