My ex had this at 15, got with him at 18. It became part of his identity, he couldn’t escape from the gossip and the consequences were awful. Caused so many relapses/episodes, honestly heartbreaking

Someone who works for early intervention in psychosis, our referrals often lack alot of historical/family background on mental health and by the time they come to us is due to something happened🥺
