I can’t do this because I’m a vegetarian 🌱, but the comments about cholesterol: high cholesterol is caused by a high sugar/ processed food/ fried diet. Meat isn’t the culprit.

My husband and I have been on it for 9 days, I’ve lost 13lbs already but I’ve been so sick, like flu like symptoms. Pretty sure it’s because I’m not having any sugars and having a withdrawals

It's good that u lost weight BUT with this diet ur adding too much sodium to ur body and all the fat will cause cholesterol issues and clog ur veins. It's not an opinion it's facts

gday mate...im in Australia im 194kg i also have severe back problems and extremely restricted and unable to barely move around, if i do this carnivore diet will i still lose weight without exercise
