I had an ECU problem on my BMW E46 where it wouldn’t start anymore. I rang BMW for a new ECU and got quoted £900. I found second hand one £30 reprogrammed it for £200 and it’s running fine

I know what happened, happened to my car, co part tried jump start put live on netrual and netraul on live and fried the pcm , only way to fix it is change the ecu or the theif changed the ecu

Ecu,clocks and key kit on eBay £200 replace job done and if still no joy it also needs transponder ring changing and she’ll start 👍🏼

I have seen a similar issue on a focus st, the fuse board under the bonnet had a loose power power connection inside of it. Apparently common on focus not sure if that would cross over to the fiesta.

This may sound daft. Have you tried starting the car direct at the starting motor? It could be a faulty starter because like you say all the other electrical components seem to be working
