I had no choice to overstay because my country boarders were closed due to Covid. My visa got canceled when I reached Miami but they allowed me in the country. However I have to apply for a new one.

What happens if you overstayed but you filed a i94 prior to your current i94 expiring but it’s still pending? My visa is already renewed but im just waiting for my i94 which was filed online but it takes forever.
