One of my critiques was that i called on more boys than girls. 19 boys in the class. 5 girls: 2 on IEPs for anxiety and were not to be cold called on. 1 was ELL.

I was observed by someone not from my building. We use Class Dojo for behavior. That lady wrote me up for TEXTING while she was there. I was giving DOJO Points. I won my argument.

I’m evaluated on state testing as a counselor. Seriously?! One a scale of 1-5 I was given a 3, I was livid. For the amount of work I put into state testing without one issue and I get a 3?!

I had a similar observation issue but mine wasn’t a test, I was calling them up individually to go over an assignment (hs math) and my admin said there wasn’t any differentiated instruction….

Art teacher here. My ONE AND ONLY positive feedback from a gaslighting principal: I had the class use Kagan structures to do vocabulary. She literally raved that it was my best lesson ever.

When I taught first grade my observation was on a Monday the last week of school. We were turning in student I pads trying to teach them how to delete everything off of them I scored not effective 😆

As someone with ADD it is already hard to focus normally, if someone was talking to us during a test I would be so unfocused I would accidently fail the test even if I knew every answer

I got docked because the principal didn't believe that I could hear individual drummers in the group to critique. I'm a music teacher.

PE teacher. We were doing the jump rope for heart when I got observed. 10 minutes and left. My use of technology needed improvement. I asked how they said the kids could research on their iPads.
