Why not make it where the other airline manufacturer gets a government contact and boeing has to help them while under strict watch for violations?

No company or person should EVER be held above the law and the fine should be proportionate to their income bc if u can do something like this and walk away with what amounts to a paper cut 1/2

The higher up management are responsible and should therefore be held accountable. However the us justice system doesn’t do it like other countries so its a wierd situation.
