@lexbulll: Pre leg day warm ups/stretches! I always start my workouts with a short walk on the treadmill to increase my heart rate & then stretch - this is what works for me! Just make sure any stretches BEFORE training are DYNAMIC (moving) and any stretches AFTER training are STATIC (stationary) 🫶🏽 This is so important for many reasons - the most important reason is to avoid injuries 🤍
