I lost my mama not even a week ago (Saturday, November 1st). I have the added trauma of being the one to find her. My heart hurts so much and that doesn’t even portray a small amount of just how all-encompassing the sorrow is.

I could have written this myself. Lost my mom on May 14 unexpectedly and just can’t get a grip. It’s so isolating when you feel the grief screaming inside you but no one else knows it.
