@petermiljak: I get told a lot on my posts that "you don't have to be so strict and rigid!" And to be fair, I actually agree. When it comes to form, obviously as a beginner you should practice strict form to get a proper understanding of the actual movement and to engage the correct muscle(s). However as you progress through your fitness and bodybuilding journey you can tweak things and be more "loose". When I say loose I do not mean sloppy, but I do mean using intentional momentum or body english as l do believe there is some benefit to that. The underlying message is to always CONTROL!
