@thesourdoughmama: Flower power pink sourdough bread 🌸💗 I LOVED scoring this one and was so excited when it didn’t burst. The expansion score was tricky and took a while going around all the jagged edges but scissors helped a lot. I achieved these colors by adding purple sweet potato powder to the dough during mixing (just 4g). The top is dusted with Thai rice flour that was blended with red natural food coloring- @Watkins brand.
