If memory serves that’s part of the throttle body and you can just swap the whole body

There’s two holes in the throttle body neck that clog. When you get that one problem fixed.

Egr? Put a bolt about that size inside the hole and weld er shut. It’ll run better than it has in yearsss

oh hey thats an engine I know very well, broke the same side bolt on my egr. Didn't have the ear break though ooff

Then the intake bolts break off in the head. Next the front cover bolts break off in the block trying to get the heads off to the machine shop. next....

it's aluminum....map gas torch, heat the aluminum then use an ez-out. they come out like butter
