Sesame glazed turkey meatballs + jasmine rice + roasted broccoli + shredded carrots + cucumber + edamame + avo Turkey Meatballs: -1 lb ground turkey -1/2 cup bread crumbs -1 egg -1 large spoonful of miso paste -1 large spoonful of chili garlic sauce -3 cloves minced garlic -1 tbsp grated ginger -1 large spoonful of diced green onion -1 large spoonful of chopped parsley -a few good squirts of sriracha -1 tsp salt -1/2 tsp pepper -1/2 tsp paprika -1/2 tsp onion powder -1/2 tsp garlic powder -sesame seeds (to top at very end) Glaze: -1/2 ish cup soy sauce -2 tbsp oyster sauce -2 tbsp rice vinegar -2 tbsp sriracha -2 tbsp hot honey -large spoonful of Harissa paste (omit if you don’t want too much spice) -3 cloves minced garlic -1 tbsp grated ginger Add all Turkey Meatball ingredients except sesame seeds to a bowl and mix until combined, but don't over mix. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. I coat my hands in olive oil first to prevent it from sticking to my hands. Bake for about 12 minutes at 425 degrees. I use a meat thermometer to double check they have reached 165 degrees internal temperature. When meatballs are in oven and have a few minutes left, add Glaze ingredients to a bowl and mix. Heat up a pan over medium heat and add the mixture. Let mixture begin to bubble, and reduce heat slightly (it should still be slowly bubbling). Let mixture continue to bubble, stirring constantly for a few minutes or until it has reduced and is a thicker, stickier glaze texture. Right after the meatballs come out of the oven, use a brush to coat each meatball with the glaze. Garnish with sesame seeds. #dinner #DinnerIdeas #dinnerinspo #dinnerrecipe #Recipe #mealinspo #easydinneridea #easydinnerideas #cooking #turkeymeatballs
