I dont have an agent, and dont have contact to landlord either, now got so much issues in the rental unit like water leaking and debris falling from ceiling, molds, lavatory detaching from wall, but landlord refusing to repair unless I pay $2000 for his contractor deposit, where should i stand? I notify landlord that i will vacate property but told me to complete TA, so what options I have if the unit already causing distress and safety hazard? I am immuno compromised, what are my options?
