nah the spring loaded part I have to question. the faster it goes the farther it stays "closed" avoiding bone. put a ribcage in front of gel n let's see how long they avoid. interested in the product

Well a samurai sword is a solid object it isnt designed to retract when it hits something i wont beleive it till i see it go through a ballistic gel brick
