@cakedbyrach: You’re gonna need a bigger boat 🦈 Would you take a bite of these shark week cupcakes that I made for @Wilton Cakes 🦈 🌊 Cut a curved sheet of parchment paper and stick it onto the top of the cupcakes, leaving a small gap at one side. 🦈 Spread the sand-coloured buttercream over the gap. 🌊 Crush up shortbread/graham crackers into sand and pour them over the buttercream. 🦈 Peel off the parchment paper. 🌊 Use an offset spatula to add some of the blue buttercream to the centre the other side of the cupcake. 🦈 Add white, and two shades of blue buttercream to a piping bag, fitted with piping tip 32. 🌊 Pipe a shell border around one side of the cupcake. 🦈 Put them in the fridge for 20 minutes for the buttercream to set firm. 🌊 Pour a small amount of blue jelly into the centre of the buttercream and move them to the fridge to set. 🦈 To make the sharks fin, use grey fondant and a circular cookie cutter. 🌊 Push the fins into the jelly. #cupcake #cakedecorating #cakeart #cakedbyrach #sharkweek #wiltoncakes
