I’m currently on arazlo!! Really liking it. My derm told me to ease into it and eventually use it everyday, found that way too harsh. I use once a week and it’s great :)

keep in mind! derms r skin DOCTORS! they r not required to have any training on how to heal acne & treat it w/o topicals meds or oral meds! it’s all they know (unless u get one that does++

I did very similar treatment with my scars. HA filler has been wonderful! I’ve gotten it 3 times and my scars look about 75% better from it alone.

Tretinoin and oral spironolactone were amazing for me, but I’m already on medications. I do totally understand the uncomfortability someone might have with pills when not taking others.
