I found a lot of comfort in CrossFit because of the “team” part of working out and the support there. Worth a consideration if you can find a box you like 🫶

are there any community NAIGC teams around you? If not, you could always try to start your own NAIGC team. you dont have to be in college and ther are many community teams out there and growing.
