use a bidet regularly but get one that gives you a mini enema, but only do that once or twice a week or you'll have other problems but that will help keep regular, also good for cleaning obviously

you definitely should've whent to the doctor after day 3 😳 it can cause a lot of bowl issues (some scary ones too👀) but I'd still call a doctor just to make sure your good girl 👍
