We literally have a scheduler who’s entire job is to schedule and has EVERYBODIES contact info and stuff but we are usually told to find our own coverage 😅

See I don’t agree. You have to text and make sure that you have coverage and if you don’t you’re expected at work. I understand emergencies happen but the minute you find out you text/call another-
