If Morgan gave the tickets to her mother/brother then you shouldn’t take them back. If not then ok. Also it sounds like they never actually had possession of the tickets

I come from a poor five kid household, and my mom would never have done this. It would be a different story if the brother was super into it, and the birthday girl was totally on board.

Ince you give a gift, they do with it whatever they do with it. If you give her a dress for her bday, do you know if she will wear it? Or anything other than tickets for that matter
