Not all women choose abusive men or toxic men or wanted that . Well, I work in dv cases and men are nice and end up abusive when the woman gets pregnant or later in the relationship. Abusive men do hide that too. Or they develop drugs or have mental issues too bc of a tragedy and end up abusive later. I agree that Women should leave when the abuse or toxic starts. Don't understand women who stay for years in that. My ex was nice until he went to the military and had a mental breakdown. He hit me once while pregnant and I left.

You have to remember how manipulative and sneaky these men are. They will say their exes are crazy, it's lies and love bomb hard so it doesn't seem possible. Blame the perpetrators.

It’s the same question I would ask of why some women choose to date and/or continue to date/marry men who SA etc once they are told about it… it means they are too a danger to other women 🤷🏾♀️
