Kamwatta is a satellite of the great Santa Rosa Village in the Moruca sub-district of Guyana's Barima Waini region. Here, indigenous traditions shape everyday life and decision-making, including the allocation of funds from Guyana’s Carbon Credit Scheme under the Low Carbon Development Strategy (LCDS).
