kids get attached to the oddest thing. I was obsessed with a small, cement duck from the garden store. Mom bought it for me and it stayed on my bookshelf for 20yrs. 💕

haha i remember i was like this. My pet balloon was a big green dragon I got at a fair, it lasted YEARS until it finally deflated 🙏

I got my toddler nephew an Elmo balloon that was the same size as him, it lasted weeks before we had to reinflate it and we bought a second when the first died. Totally worth it ❤️

My daughter had one like that but it was a trex we just blew it up at home tape for tears. Eventually we had to throw it away after a year of her dragging his balloon corpse around.😬

Kids get attached to the weirdest things. An elderly man with 5 cats gave me a mouse cat toy that squeaked….we still own that toy and every time we’ve moved I make sure it gets packed 😂

So sweet! When my kids were little and had balloons they loved but got to were they wouldn’t hold air or helium anymore I would flatten them out and hang them on their walls.
