I've had that happen to me the door came unlatched and it tried to close jut as I backed into a dock.

i did that one I pulled out and open door caught the post sheared the hinges 80 bucks to fix

make sure doors are opened and they are latched before and the entire time while backing into dock. back slow so if one comes loose you can fix it
