You need large wall art on the corner where your desk and the door are. That’s where people will look when they sit. Maybe some foot stools for the chairs.

Something that helps me that my therapist has is this wheel of emotions pillow. Helps when I can’t verbalize the emotion so I have choices!

Just a suggestion, move the rug toward the wall a little so the rug is under both chairs. That way you can move your wheels chair around and it would center the guest chairs better

My personal request would be some kind of decorative bowl with a couple fidget toys in it. I tend to play with my hands or pick at my nails when anxious, and toys keep my hands safely busy

You need a dry erase board for the wall:) My son hates most providers, but the one he liked the most had a board to illustrate things and they let him draw on it when he talked and that helped.
