Except often times they drag their feet giving you the terms early even if you ask them. I wasn’t given my terms until after I moved in even tho I asked for them

This is why I specifically looked for a home that didn't have one. I know they can be developed if the community really wanted one, but a lot of us just want to be left alone.

i dont understand why hoa’s exist as much as they do, i feel like theres enough people that dont like them so that there’d be less hoa neighborhoods

My friends place flooded and the hoa send in a remediation co. who tore her place up! Then they denied her ins claim and said she was improving her condo.
