This is so true!!!!! I’ve worked in the er for 7 yrs and I’m so numb when I walk in to a hospital. I be thinking something is wrong with me. I know my family think I don’t care but your just numb

My husband has been a firefighter over 25yrs. Not once has he come home and talked about death until Covid.He said he needed to come home and leave it there b/c he wanted to be present and happy w/us.
