If you do discretionary spending on a credit card, do you transfer that cash to your bill debit account weekly / monthly so that when the credit card is paid it has all of the cash it needs?

we do the flip of it. pay goes to "bill" account then transfer to "spending" acct for our weekly spending of gas and lunches. (we use a set amount that is transferred)

Use a cash rewards credit cards to pay for everything that you can only use cash for only things that you can’t.
