@hannahbower2: Hip flexor mobility + strength in 2 exercises. 🙌🏽 Do you train your hip flexors? Many of us are both tight and weak. 😅 I love love the first exercise because you are simultaneously working by strength with mobility and have the ability to easily apply progressive overload. This is one of the best ways to increase mobility by being able to load the movement. *safely,* slow and steady. This would be a great dynamic exercise to do as a warmup! The second exercise, is a fantastic stretch you can use as a cool down. I don’t like doing too many static stretches but this is one I’ll occasionally do when my hips need some lovin. As long as I can remember something on my hips pop where I do certain exercises (even as a teen)it starts to bug and hurt after a while which is why I hate doing alot of leg stuff
