they constantly deny my sister's migraine meds. and they always ask if I want 3 months supply of my medicine and then when my pharmacy requests it, they deny it.

I got laid off after about 18 years with UHG, and even as employees they used every excuse to delay and deny payment — unless it was for something they made money off of, like meds from OptumRx.

I had UHC once and they were the worst. Many times told me they would cover things and then refuse coverage.

I have UHC and they’re genuinely the worst ever. My deductible is horrifically high and nothing is ever covered. I wish I was exaggerating
